the beginnings of the second chapter

There was a man, who lived upright and was blameless, he feared God and shunned evil. But one day, all was taken from him, all he loved and cared for, all his possesions, all gone in an instant. even his wife, turned away from him and asked him to curse God, but he would not.

But God continued to allow afflictions and pains to severely cripple him. Still he would not forsake God.

it was Through the many trials and temptations,

that God showed the loyalty and strength of the man who trusted God alone. And he was blessed two-fold

my friends, even though i may not have gone through what Job has, or like Yun in china, God has used trials and temptations just like what Job has gone though, and it was when i was at my lowest points, that i trusted and put my life in God's hand, that i finally found the love and blessings that are given to those who serve the Lord with all their heart! the new found hope, joy and love is indescribable and i hope to share it with all of you whom i know!!

And so the next chapter begins....

dont ask me why..... for those who dont know why.... i am scared of that place

i used to like it there... all my friends and brothers...

but now i get fear walking there.... even the neighborhood i fear walking around it....

worse things worse... the fear will be there for the next two years...

i may take a break... i may not... but i just cant walk there anymore

Thanks people!!! For fulfilling one of my 4 wishes!!! haha... that was to spend the Birthday with me!!! Thnx for the gift and bdae scroll ya'll!!! haha....

time really flies when u are having fun.. and the only way i have realised is to take pics "to capture the moment and memories" -YJ.... haha.. i did not get it wrong this time... :)

22nd sep.. was a sat to remember cos me bing gab and tee went playing soccer with older officers ending with a dry prawn mee... which was not bad... then... the next day....

i remember the pictures we took after service at AMK hub... for what memory??? the $25 sweets and stuff toy... i know.. its sooo -.-"... haha... i would say... its a rather interesting and pleasing experience cause we had the high high people... if you know what i mean..

then of course the day to remember in Sep is of course 29th September where the day started with the usual jam then prep for medical sunday... well... my first time seeing marcus so into working... then the BBQ was a blast.. literally... cause the charcoal was shooting all over the place... then in the midst of the BBQ... ms fan had the honour of taking my photos with a camera... of course after awhile i realised that it was just to lure me away from the secret meeting of birthday executors... haha.. the SMBE... cool name hor... i will be joining it next week... haha....

so i did my thank you speech when i recieved the two awards which i guess the secret one correctly (boggle and daims)

so i recieved also the scroll of honour... which contains all the secrets of the SMBE which i will uphold!!!

And the best was... food face mcgee... haha.. too bad there was no oeuf(egg)

Now that my timetable is soo hectic.. its good to start taking pics cos i feel that pictures slow down time and as human beings, we must learn to move away from the Singaporean life of haste and learn to take things in our stride... and the Most important... Trust God... for He has shown His goodness in times where we a patient and waiting for His grace...

So what happens next???? to think it has came to this after soo long... woah... really.. quite hard to think... think that on the 29th September... God gave me a very very important and probably the best gift.. a test of emotion control.. and i passed it.... with flying colours... now God.... stage one down... i am waiting for you to do your will...

shucks man... got to stop saying that word... egg

you know... cant wait for floorball again... cos this time we may have light!!! well... the time has come for school to start again... haiz... bye bye holidays...

anyway... wa.... start from fri... darren's bbq... haiz.. had to go from suntec to pasir ris via taxi which was kinda ex... then had to pay 1 dollar some more to go in... sianz.. haha... then went in.. and realised that glow was dipping a serviette in curry..!!! looking closer.. i realised it was a slice of bread... -.-

so i went around after eating to take pics.. got a few nice ones... and took justin's crazy car ride back... haha 100+km/hr and tailgate some more... haha... then sat... went to jam... then rush to bras basar to check the cards.. running in jeans.. craazy... then played floorball with Jy... cool.. and then went to Bena's place for boggle.. where i got hooked and brownies... haha.. so late that i have to stay over... then sunday... after service stayed at church to play floor ball while waiting for the 'kids' to finish their lesson, and then we went to bena's place for more boggle..

so monday went to play soccer at nelson's new place... and had to help him to distribute flyers... haha... time is payed... and then we went to taka to source for jaron's present and.... ms lee.. pls rmb my shirt... haha... then me yam ek and gab ate paris international with the BQ ppl... and had alot...

so tuesday went to work as usual... then went to watch movie.. no reservations... i really like it.. although it was a chic flick... ahha....then i rushed to serangoon cc to book the courts for wed.. then walked around with marcus... after that went on my first 4.125km run around serangoon...

so then wed came.. i went down to bras basar to get the cards first before heading to sas to meet marcus... then we went to play badminton.. after that.. they came over my house to wash up before heading out to play boggle.. and the steak smelled nice... i want it next time.. hahah.. then went to T3 to play 5X5 boggle and it was alot of mental training... haha... super tired after that...

today thurs nvr go out at all... stayed home to play fifa all the way... haha...

i think tomorrow i will have pancakes for breakfast... Egg

YAY its been a month since i updated... sorry lars people... busy playing ma...

Oh... and i got my results too... expected... 3.152
cos i study super last min... lol... ok cant lol....

haiz... many things have passed since the last entry.. i dont think i will write it all here... but some highlights:

CTC (where i "learned" driving)
soccer (i'll talk about that)
slacking

haha... typically the top summarizes everything... although people... i need to tell you... i will train for a position in midfield and i play keeper "most of the time" cos i am lazy and dont like to run... but i tell you... keeper is super stressful... so... now i train for both... haha mid and keeper... lool!!!

well... another thing!!! thank God for getting our BQ team into the 11th pos!! kinda good right?
with over 150 teams!!! so we having international buffet to celebrate..

ok... on to today...i went to work with noel... then went to bras basar with gwong to check prices on invitation cards... then went to eat dinner at jack's place... (the restaurant) then went to city-link to find a gift for darren... but we couldnt think of any.. so in the end had to settle for chocs... haha... i typed chics... haha.... kk.. not the cheapo $5 kind but the super ex ones... then came home on a super long bus 133 ride... watching villa wellness all the way... then went to do strength training runs... training to play up ma...(in soccer)...

kk... now watching international soccer match.... byes people.. look out for more updates!!

Exams week

Woots... my exams are here -_-" but you know what??? I have not studied yet... haiz

haha... on to my week since wed... thurs!!! 8/8/07!!! Pon-ned class in the morning to go for SAS's national day celebrations... woke up at 6.10.... waited for gab to call... but he didnt and i had to call him at 6.35 to find out he was still sleeping... so i left the house at 7 to wait for him at the bus stop... forgotten to bring my notes and i waited for almost 20 mins... missed the march in in school... haiz... luckily he paid for the cab fare... then went to find elijah... and i joined him to walk round the school taking pics... haha... i felt as if the privileged, those with cams, could walk around school when everyone else was supposed to stand still... got a few pics lol...

anyway... i then went around sas for the activities... after all was over.. gab, kx and i went to drink ice milo before i headed back... then i went home, slept and studied before going to SP for my test... well that sums up wed...

thursday was just national day and i just stayed at home to sleep... haha... great national parade... ok... on to fri.. woke up early in the morning to print my port folio... in the end left the house at 1025 to meet marcus before going down to sp to hand in my folio... you know what... 15 packs of tissue for a dollar... cheap lor.. hahaa... then took a cab down to vivo city and had lunch after hunting down guardian... then bought miss fan her tutu cakes... had a hard time looking for the shop when it was right infront of me... haha... then went to the super dog shop to meet the rest... then... we went to buy the tickets while i sidetracked to play the arcade.. haha.. then we went to board the tram and i mistakenly collected the tickets and forgot about the other side.. haha.. then after we all met... we went to find a place to sit down... so the activities are as such... soccer, muchkinfu... haha... then went to take pics... kinda funny....

then we left for amk hub and had dinner there... the rest then went to play daytona while rena gab marcus and i left early... then after that i went to marcus' to spend the night... after watching sw episode 3... haiz... couldnt sleep... super tired the next day...

i woke up at 7.3o and met gab and tai to go sch for inter sqd games day... officers played the last match.. haha.. 5-3... we won... duh.. then after that, went home to sleep before going to meet marcus to go service.. haiz... super tired... thank God i didnt sleep in service... haha... the sermon was good... the 4 pillars and the rock.. woots..!! after that... went to da bao dinner to rena's place and we played muchkinfu!!! haha... then gab drove us home.. and i went to sleep...

Sunday morning... had to prepare to study later... so i packed my bag before heading out... ate at the coffeeshop outside SAJC... met miss lee and glow there.... then walked in with them... after the service, we went to eat at kompeng before studying at macs... Gonna do it again this sunday... haha... did alot... so after it ended... i went to meet the LAN players at net cafe.. nice place.. nice food.. haha.. then took a ride back with gab in a cab with marcus... then went home to study... monday...

studied and studied... till marcus called and then went to his place to taste the food him kx and jaron prepared... haha... wasted alot of food... after that... went to play tennis soccer... haiz.. i too big lar... then went to pass my sis her book... and went home to study and went to sleep....

so tuesday... my first paper...haiz... woke up at 7, left at 7.45 and reached at 9.15... 15 mins late... couldnt do the paper finish in time... haiz... so... last in, first out.... first out as in after the paper... so i rushed home but instead of studying.. i went to sleep... i was just too lazy... and now i am typing in the middle of the night... haa... going to do a super intensive tomorrow.. dont disturb :D... nights people...!!!

Anyway... lets start from where i left off, on thursday...

Thursday... normal day... cant remember much... so on to friday....

Went down to SP to have my finally lessons... only lasted i think 30 mins...then realised i still have a 3 hrs to spare... so early lor... so i decided to pon lessons to go for BB... so i took a bus back... grabbed my clothes.... at the same time, i decided to check the my B&W assignment grades and i got an A!!!!! Woots! thank you Lord!

then i reached SAS just as they were having CE, while the others were at the courtyard practicing for the marching for 8th aug.... so i then went to change... then since i couldnt disrupt CE, i went to join the marching ppl.... and used my cam then... after that, it was drill and the way alan took drill was unbelievable.... pls remind me to always stay near him when he is incharge of drill... he can be crazy at times...

so then parade ended and then went to meet the gab and the rest for dinner... then we went to fabian's house for cell and had a wonderful time!! so then after that i made my own way back home... rena's car was full.... so i went home, and reached home late.... then went to bathe and sleep....

on sat, had to wake up early for breakfast before the officers' meeting... so went down to macs... then met marcus koh to pass him the ball... so then met josh tai and gab wong for breakfast... called elijah and realised he didnt know there was meeting and just woke up... -_-... so after that, we walked to sajc... and had our meeting... too bad jt didnt join us... had exam... then after the meeting, took a ride down to eat lunch at kom peng... but then i told the guys... i was headed down to AMK to collect my jersey.... so i left... and reached AMK ard 12.... then went to get the jersey... it was really nice! everything abt it... but thing was... i am not a man u fan... haha... but it was nice... so i left for home..

complications arose... trust me... battling with thoughts and stress and stuff like that is not easy... thats why i missed youth service... but i went to youth service in the end... after collecting my ball from marcus koh... and then rena prayed for me.. thanks.. couldnt have asked for a better one... then we went down to city hall... had toasted hazelnut latte!!! woots!!! then went to thai express for dinner... dont ever go there ppl... food plus manager sux... haha.... oh did i mention on the way there i was a model for adidas..?? nvm... i was... and i was good.... hahahahaha

so after tasting the avocado shake which tasted like blended egg salad, ernest, gab and i went down to potong pasir. on the way... we had a very good salad.. yam salad... haha.... then we met dan and marcus at pp station... then i took a bus with marcus home.. haiz..so late... so went to sleep...

sunday... woke up... went to see if marcus was awake... then took a ride with my parents down to church... as marcus followed... so after church, we went to have lunch... then we, kx jaron marcus gab and me, went to play lan... then met jo there... the sec 1 jo... so we played dota, although its been a long time since i played... but my team still won them, i played techies! techies rule!!!

so then went home, intending to study.. but slept the whole day... so it came to monday... but nothing nice on monday... just didnt go to sch... and joined marcus to find a place to fix his xbox 360... the taxi ride from city hall to bishan is $14 + .... alot... then reached home and went to sleep... tuesday... big test day... final test of the module.... not good... nvr study alot... dunno results... then went to SAS to meet elijah koh and gab... watched transformers while waiting... then we went to AMK to play daytona.... super funny.... to log in 3 ppl with one card is frustrating... haha... then the set jammed... so we switched to time crisis...ek and gab had weak shooting skills.. cause i went to level 2... then died the second i popped up.... -_-... then bought blueberry waffles... and went home....

wed... ah... woke up at 6, then called gab to find out he was still sleeping at 6.30... then took a cab down to SAS... reached at abt 7.30.... went around sch with ek to take pics... and then went for the different events.... but i liked boxing the most... especially seeing marcus koh's big fren play... haha.... after the event, was super tired... so went home to sleep before going to SP for a test... which i am sad to say... didnt do well... many things on my mind you know... so then went home, rested before going marcus' place for dinner.... his mom's green chicken curry is very good you know...!!! so after that... i went home with a question in my head.... then reached home to sleep.... so woke up today and started typing!!!

Question:

Love can become obsession... but can obsession become love???

I pondered over this obsession thing for a few hours... especially with what rena has said... and i thought... yup... she was right... i was too obsessed with jon mok the past whole year... because of a stupid incident that must have made me tighten my grip on him cause i didnt want to lose him again... maybe... so now that i know what is wrong with me... i can let him settle down first... while i tackle this obsession in me...
